Pelini brothers don't handle loss well

The Pelini brothers -- Nebraska head coach Bo and his assistant, Carl -- are two of the most notoriously irascible coaches in the sport, high-strung past the point of parody and quick to unload on whoever's in front of them. And that's when things are going well. Things did not go well tonight for the Huskers, who dropped a 9-6 contest to Texas A&M in a game that featured 16 penalties called on Nebraska for 145 yards (both school records) while the Aggies saw two such calls. Two.

The disparity in calls kept Bo Pelini in a state of near-constant froth all game long, but while Bo spent plenty of time in officials' ears all night long, he saved his worst outburst of the night for his own quarterback, Taylor Martinez :

It's worth pointing out that Bo was mostly restrained in his post-game conference, although he was clearly still fuming over the game, asserting that his team had only given up six points on the night.

Meanwhile, Carl wasn't quite as noticeable in his reaction to the game, though one popular Aggies website is claiming that he reacted far worse than Bo ever did today. TexAgs.com reports that a cameraman of theirs was on the field immediately after the game, when Carl Pelini knocked the camera out of his hand, breaking the camera. Here's video of the incident:

Obviously, it's not immediately evident from the video by itself that the website's version of the events actually happened, though it does seem clear that the camera gets knocked down a couple seconds after it catches Pelini's attention (he's the one in the black that turns toward the camera at 0:08). The lack of sound makes it hard to completely absolve the cameraman of any active role in the encounter, but still: that's no way for a coach to ever act.

Thank God the Peline brothers don't handle loss well, once you become excepting of loss it becomes the norm.  Unfotrunatly, men grow through pain and change do to pain.  When the Pelini brothers become comfortable with loss, It's time to look at another career.

Their were two "Game Changing calls"  that were so painfully obvious, I don't understand how those governing the big 12 officials
haven't come out and said anything.

So, in other words, you either had your balls squeezed in a pile, or squeezed someone else's balls, or both. At least you did use the word "bad". The logic you use to dismiss this flagrant foul is disgusting.

Pelini brothers don't handle loss well

Unfortunately for Pelini apologists, TexAgs main football board now has photos of Carl Pelini moving aggressively across a small distance to grab at, and yank away, a camera that did not belong to him. The evidence is pretty overwhelming, Ubben’s an idiot who knows precisely jack about any of it and is wrong about it being pulled down (it did come down from the free board but is still on the pay one).

Bo then tries to cover for his brother with a cooked up story about his brother "rescuing" his players, though photographic evidence proves that the nearest player was #25, five yards away, with nobody around him.  Bo's a liar, Carl's a thug and both have been caught.

The facts are in - now we will see if Nebraska maintains the moral high ground to thumb its nose at the Big XII as they depart…or if one of the classiest football programs in the nation has been irrevocably damaged by the Pelini brothers and a collective Big Red blind eye. If the latter, then good riddance!

I agree. If a dude is groping and fondling your manhood just let them do it. You are saying just enjoy it even if it was not invited. A big old burly football player messaging you in that area feels good to you. Gross. You are so sick to go along with this logic. In my football days if someone was touching my junk the last thing they would worry about is getting kicked. Your way of football is very unsettling and you may need some professional help.

Pelini brothers don't handle loss well

Meanwhile, a Texas A&M player, Tony Jerod-Eddy, had his coming out party on the field during the game. Jerod-Eddy spent several seconds messaging the groin of a Nebraska player as he recovered a fumble. Jerod-Eddy showed no desire in recovering the ball and focused his attention on fondling the Husker player for several seconds. In this politically correct environment it seems the media does not care if people of certain orientations take advantage of someone who is helpless to unwanted attack if it serves their purpose. Shame on all of you. Disgusting.

Yea, that is what they say when somebody has been paid off and told to forget the incident ever happened.

What happened to the school that everybody respected?  Is Nebraska that desperate to forget everything they worked so hard to become as a school, to be a player again?  Can one coach and his sidekick brother ruin all that in a few years?  All I see is a bunch of whiners.  Football is football, and refs don't catch everything.  Should we all throw our hands up and call it a conspiracy?  From your message boards, the Big 12, the Big 12 Refs, and now CBS have it out for ya'll.

Take a step back and think about it before you become an LSU, a texas university, or a Colorado and become the school everybody hates.

As ya'll said on your messages boards last night, "Good Riddance to the Big 12", We say, "C-Ya!"  Don't let the door kick you in the a$$ on the way out.

This game was about football and football only.  A&M doesn't care if the conference gets money back, because you don't make the BCS.  Nebraska was a school most Aggies would have pulled for to win the National Title, but to call us Faggies and call us Cheats is uncalled for between our schools.

Go Wisconsin, Michigan, or hell even Iowa!  I will no longer pull for little red.

This is really sad journalism CBS. No evidence whatsoever of Carl breaking a camera.. This is truely BS journalism

I just read a post that saids the kid came out and said someone else did it and if that is true and thius is still up on your site I think Carl should file a lawsuit for libel!
