With every NCAA investigation there are different pivotal steps in the process, one of the most relevant in regards to possible punishments is the notice of allegations. According to a report on InsideCarolina.com, the NCAA has told UNC officials to expect a notice of allegations "on or around June 10" as a result from the investigation into improper benefits and academic misconduct within the football program.

The report cites sources who believe that the notice of allegations will highlight nine different infractions, mostly stemming from previous relationships with assistant coach John Blake, tutor Jennifer Wiley, and former player Chris Hawkins. The loss of scholarships and probation is expected, and some close to the program believe forfeiting wins is a possibility. It is widely assumed at this point that North Carolina will avoid the "lack of institutional control" charge.

Report: UNC to receive notice of allegations soon

UNC didn't cover anything up about this issue.  UNC suspended there players and fired the cocah that was involved in this issue.  Everyone know that UNC will be charge with by the NCAA.  That isn't news.  The Duke and NC State fans can make fun about this issue.  At least UNC can admit when they are  wrong.  I know when Duke lacrosse team was accuse of raping a female.  I came to a Duke fan told them that it was false and no team should go through what Duke Lacrosse team had to go through.  Just remember when you make fun of a team when they are in trouble.   Than went your team get in trouble than it will be turn right around on you.

I'm a big UNC Fan.  I understand that UNC did something wrong in there Football Program.  They punished there players and fired there Coaches that are involved.  The Tarheels family has admitted to this and are now moving forward to the new football season.  All you Duke and NC State fan making fun at this situation.   This could be going on at your school but having been caught yet.  This is in the past and you should be moving on with this.  Don't forget Football season is coming around.  NC State want have the UNC beat in there Quarterback this year.  Just remember that Wilson was the one who made NC State beat UNC in football the past three years.  I just love the way the rivals school pick on the other school who is in trouble.  Just remember you might have beat us in Football but we did beat both Duke and NC State in Basketball this year.  I give credit to one NC State fan is my sister.  She is a true sportmanship about this issue at UNC.
