Some bad news for the Oklahoma Sooners and Ryan Broyles on Saturday.

After making a catch in the third quarter, Broyles seemed to plant his left foot in an odd fashion while being tackled. Immediately after he went down, Broyles clutched his knee and had to be helped to the sidelines by trainers. He was later seen in tears on the sidelines as he talked to Oklahoma doctors and was then helped to the locker room.

There is no official word on what the injury is, but given the tears on his face, I'm not expecting the prognosis to be good.

Broyles came into the game leading the nation with 1,070 yards receiving on 81 receptions and 10 touchdowns. He had 2 receptions for 87 yards on Saturday before leaving the game.

We'll keep you updated on his status as we learn more.
