Not the highest quality video we've ever posted here, but one way or another we had to show you Joe Adams taking a punt back 60 yards to put Arkansas up 14-0 against Tennessee:

Adams already had a punt return for touchdown that sized up as a candidate for the season-ending highlight reel, but we think we like this one even better.

And that hasn't even been the only eye-popping play from a Hog receiver this game--via Mocksesion.comcheck out what Jarius Wright did to help set up another Razorback touchdown:

Thanks to plays like that, the Hogs are still up just 21-7 at halftime over the Volunteers.

VIDEO: Joe Adams' wild punt return TD

If anyone has it to post, I'd love to hear the Arkansas radio announcer's call of Joe Adam's amazing punt return.

Both plays were truly amazing.
I was upset with Joe Adams for giving up so much ground after fielding that punt when it looked like he had no chance to escape all of those Tennessee players when he began slipping tackles right and left and somehow did not step on the sideline--one of the best punt returns I've seen in a long time!
I also could not believe how Jarius Wright was able to never give up on making that catch--great, great concentration on the ball--something I love to see in a receiver.  Too many guys give up on a catch too easily.

One final note,  Jarius Wright became Arkansas' all-time leader in pass receptions tonight, but Joe Adams is now tied for 2nd all-time (and was ahead of Jarius going into the night) and who knows which one of them will finish their Senior season as the all-time receptions leader for the Hogs.
That is also pretty amazing that two guys in the same receiver corp playing the same years could both surpass all other receivers in Arkansas football history--and the Hogs have had some pretty good ones in the past.
