Hello again!

NASCAR.....they have never used "pony" cars (Mustangs and Camaros), they do in the Nation Wide Series though. And starting next year the cars will more resemble they factory cars that they are named after. I think most of the factory cars will be sedans though.

Pck, hope things are going well in league play.

Thanks Phogg, as long as I get there (will be there this time next week), I will have a great time. There are pubs older than Christopher Columbus, that in itself is very cool.

Congrats Tigers fans, still pulling for JT's Cardinals. I think that would be an entertaining WS. Where is Jonny btw?

Neighborhood drinking party tonight/afternoon. Starts at 3. The men supply beer that is out of the norm and the Ladies provide wine (not Finger Lakes Wines, that is what most drink around here) and hors de voirs at each house. It is a staggering good time.

I'll take a glass of that "tape" please, 2 rocks and a short glass. I would never look behind the Steelers flag either.

Hey, Yammy! My lil Clone is in Swillwater cheering against your Pokes!

God bless her Phoggy and maybe, with a lot of luck, they'll start a comeback soon. I'm watching them while listening to HS yell at the TV in the family room.
We're heading to Stillwater on Wednesday for the game next weekend.
Iowa State is pretty good and OSU has a bunch of new kids so it's been fun so far.

Khep,
I took golden tablets back in the 60's and 70's and actually saw God, angels or something alnog those lines on occasion. Anyway I had some serious, sometimes religious in nature, "visions but necer had any requests fullfilled. Many times I requested the Sunday Morning paper on the Saturday of one of the Triple Crown races and never got it. A couple of years I even did the calcs on the odds of calling the finish of the Derby including the exact order of all 16 ponies. Had I one just once we'd all be on a cruise at some point!!

Buckeyes' D still sucks canal water.  Braxton is injured, and a penalty on the Bucks in the endzone is now a safety.  Purdon't up 22-14 in the fourth.  Urban is about to lose his first game as the Buckeye head coach, and D Coordinator, Luke Fickell, is about to get a pink slip.

SHIITE!!!!  Yell

Just stash it behind the Steelers banner.
1. Rok would NEVER look there.
2. Steelers fans wouldn't know how to open it unless it has a pop top
Great idea for the empties, too.  Keep all the trash in one place.

First, that was Lyman's scotch (excellent taste though), and not mine.  Would never place mine in such an obvious location.

Second, even though it wasn't mine, let me take this opportunity to state that keeping friends with some of you folks is a very expensive undertaking.

Third, completely agree with the lack of dexterity in opening anything but a can of Iron City beer, Lyman.

Fourth, while it hurts greatly, I cannot argue with KB's "trash" comment until the Browns have a bit more success than beating the Bungles.

I have a small confession.  Although I am a Buckeyes fan - it's only about 90%.  The other 10% roots for the Fighting Irish.  That comes from my stint of living just south of South Bend for about 8 years.  I once won a contest on a radio station that allowed me to participate in the helmet painting they do every Friday (Thursday before away games) night.  What a trip that was.
Ah.....I KNEW I sensed goodness in you!Wink

Hmmmmm, Phoggy, I did not sense the same as you after Lyman's admission of guilt.  Instead, I must now reassess my opinion of my "partial" Buckeye fan friend, Lyman.  Thought he was much wiser than to root for a team that has not been relevant on the college football scene for more than a decade.

Wabbit...today I am a Sparty fan so I'm in your camp.
Khep I was done by the 80's as I had peeps by then so the lifestyle changed happened then.

Recently I started my very last car project so I'll be busy, busy, busy for about 6 months. When those same peeps got out of college (1997 and 198) I went back to my youth and started restoring 60's muscle cars. It's been a blast for 15 years but time to settle on a last car.

POKES SCORE AGAIN.

I love it when we see the "old two step" when someones stash is found.
No buy in here, Roks been had.

Second, even though it wasn't mine, let me take this opportunity to state that keeping friends with some of you folks is a very expensive undertaking.

Again an error on Roks part. Many many times we've declared how easy we are while never stating we were cheap.

Third, completely agree with the lack of dexterity in opening anything but a can of Iron City beer, Lyman.

I have no idea why eyesight has anything to do with this subject. With glasses my dexterity is corrected to 20/20 though.o

Fourth, while it hurts greatly, I cannot argue with KB's "trash" comment until the Browns have a bit more success than beating the Bungles.

I will never understand why so many people are loyal to the Browns but will admit that St. Louis is a fine baseball town.

I'm a Budlight drinker, will be no pointin fingers at me, however, if Rok is watching the same buckeyes game I am he is going to be looking for that ScotchTongue out

Way ahead of you, Wabbit on the scotch issue.  Senora's visiting her mother, so don't tell her.  Never has understood the Buckeye fanaticism.  Frown

Buckeyes will lose this one.  Hope Braxton is okay.  He's a good kid who was just fighting for some extra yardage, and got pounded into the ground.

I have no dog in the hunt though in that game today between your Spartans and those people from up north.  Good luck to any and all.

Uh, Jim, my old friend, while the outcome of today's game is in the favor of the Golden Dumers due to the less than athletically inclined BYU Cougars of 2012, I would not hatch all of my chickens just yet.  Wink

Rok you will appreciate this more than most.
I just told HS that she could drop me off in Norman next Saturday and then go on to the OSU game in Stillwater.
That way we could both see our all time favorite teams play while in the same state.

I don't think Notre Lame will have much trouble with BYU.  Do they play all their games at home?  Oh yeah .. they played one in Dublin .. wait .. Undecided
