You know, I was talking about Orlovsky with some of my non-online sports friends (yes, I have them) and thought that Orlovsky is not a bad journeyman of a QB. He'd be decent if they just had a line to protect him. Hell, Kitna would be better than decent if he had an offensive line.

I wonder how long it will be till Dudberry signs somewhere and begins to ruin yet another teams chemistry?

The King of Crappy Shoes is reportedly talking with Boston of all teams.

This would be worse than the Pistons trading Billups for Iverson. I know the Piston deal was done to free up cap room down the road, but this has backfired big time, and IMO if Boston picks Starbury up it will hurt them as well.

Marbury finally got bought out.

Good for the knicks - Nate Robinson has been doing fine without him, and the team chemistry seems to have come along. Good for the Celtics too - I know the rumor has been out there that they are first in line to try and pick him up as a bench player. Though I can't imagine Starburry coming off the bench.

Marvin Harrision was cut.

This one surprised me, though I understand it was at Marvin Harrisons request. Seems to me that he and Manning were one of the best QB/WR combos in the leagues for a while. Injuries have been bugging him the last few years, and there is still the shooting incident at one of his restaraunts(??) hanging over his head too. Either he will retire or get picked up really quickly once free agency hits.

Tiger Woods is back. Is this good or bad for golf.

This has to be good for golf. The Accenture Match Play would not have been the same. Personally, I can't watch golf on TV or in person, but I still follow it. In terms of bringing people to the links though, Tiger is a great draw. The tour needs him if they are going to stay afloat during these economic times - and he does not have to win either. Plus coming off his knee injury this could be a year that others actaully stay close to him.

This thread doesn't have to disappear. We'll just have to look a little harder for hot avs.

Amen to that - and what better place to look then where its cold. Still amazes me that (a) hockey has cheerleaders and (b) they still wear practically nothing. I expect to make full use of some Coyotes Ice Girls pictures. Dallas has some smokin ice girls too.

Except for his tap dance in the backline of the endzone last season, he did rather well for the line he had.

He and Calvin Johnson hooked up really well once they had time to work together. I would have liked to see him stay here. It is still possible I guess, but not likely.

Kitna had his chance and, while it wasn't all his fault, didn't take advantage of it. He just can't move and completely implodes in the fourth quarter.

This one wasn't too big of a shock to me.  I hate that it happened, but in the world of cap room it wasn't unexpected.  Marvin had a pretty mediocre year, not sure if the knee wasn't fully healed or if he has just lost a step.  The Colts are in cap trouble this year and Marvin didn't want to rework his contract.  It wasn't a heated parting of the ways at all.  I just want them to resign center Jeff Saturday before he gets snagged.

Bad news gators - I doubt you av will last - a shame that a "legitimate league" is now being discriminated upon based on sex. It is quite amusing to read some of the CBS jargon going on out there. Like the "advertisers were complaining" Not sure but I think the dating sites and beer makers and so forth were all loving our avs.

Im not even going to agree that I think the Lingerie Bowl is legite sport but I am truly stoked that i could get a female to post as an AV, I had 4 Beach Volley ballers shot down in a row and a fully dressed Anna Kournikova on the tennis court serving also Nuked.

Its all good men as it is about the Sprts chat anyway! Im not going anywhere!

hows everyone doing on this fine hump day?

Tiger Woods is back. Is this good or bad for golf.

how about the hawks blowing the game last night they were up 3-1 early in the 3rd and end up loseing 5-3 to the not so mighty predetors.

and then you got the bulls beating the magic the way they did, did anyone watch the game and see the horrible free throw attemp by superman dwight howard? he missed the front of the rim by about a foot short it was kinda funny.

i think this is a good thing the tv ratings will go back up, i know my intrest will be a little higher, but on the same note i hope that they wont hear about it every minute of every day like the roids issue.

We got it.

I'm going to enjoy your av while I can. Based on how difficult it is to change an av without going to shadowman, we are lucky that your's hasn't been removed yet.

Actually I have been warned that Danica Patrick is in violation.  How stupid - she's an athlete that is covered by this very site!

Political correctness will be the downfall of this country I tell you!

Interested what kind of reception Claude the turtle will get at the Joe tonight...amazed that he is trying to play at that age...not too surprising with Chelios still lurking about...

Had to use something happy (AV) about the Pistons since they are tanking it bad...seems like they can it keep it close until the fourth quarter when Joe D says "keep losing so we can get that lottery pick"

I would love to see Lemuix get the snot beat out of him tonight.

I still remember the sight of him all balled up on the ice the last time things got heated. I hope he does or says something to get the Wings irritated enough to take him down again.

He is one of the dirtiest players that there has been in the league.

I'm surprised someone actually thinks he is worthy of a roster spot.

A team as good as the sharks would have to have some young kid with more skills than Claude...experience is needed in the playoffs but that seems to be going too far...unless he's there just to unnerve the wings in the playoffs...

Well RIP hot ladies and sports talk. Now its just not as fun. So I'll reserve my profile for fantasy only and will be checking in before fantasy football starts and try to get a league of former hot AV's together. Thanks and I had fun while it lasted!
