Yeah, Blitz, the Reds got waxed yesterday by those DBacks.  Tied up for now, but the Reds are hard pressed to keep up with Votto out, as Geo so aptly pointed out.  Need Bruce to finally step up, but doubt it.  Still, the race should stay close to the end methinks.

I doubt very much Nashville can match the Flyers offer......100 Million over 14 years......this is justing getting STUPID...I do not like long term deals and I believe it is causing a lot of the problems......the player's know they are only going to get 5 good years in the NHL....so make that the maxium amount.......it started with Ovechkin and is now out of hand and Gary (bendover) Bettman will not handle this situation well.


It is very possible the NHL 2012 season start will be interupted.   THAT SUCKS

I don't disagree with the above statement but not being much on Chinese calenders I'll refain from comment. Being a nice guy I wish them the best if they get to a bowl and I hope they score some points finally. 


On a serious note I think the SEC and the B1G are tightly bunched at the top and the conferences could be very full of pitfalls for those in the hunt.
